Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier and is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment of the package.
Shipping Damage If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Damage During Transit
Please carefully inspect the contents of your shipment upon receipt. If any items have arrived damaged or broken in transit, please report it to us within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery. We cannot accept responsibility or offer any options after this time period.
In the event of damage to the packaging, please take photographs and/or videos of the damaged packaging and product to support your claim for damage or breakage during transit. If the package shows any signs of damage during transit, please document this evidence before opening the package.
