Tech Power Up Shipping Policy

At Tech Power Up, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, including reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

Processing Time: All orders placed with us will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. In the event of any processing delays, we will promptly notify you via email or phone and provide an estimated processing time.

Shipping Methods: We only offer Star Track for deliveries Australia wide.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the selected carrier and will be calculated during the checkout process. Rates may vary based on the destination, package size and weight, and other relevant factors.

Delivery Time: The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping carrier and method, as well as the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping services.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for the re-shipment of the package.

Shipping Damage: In the event that your package arrives damaged, please promptly document the damage and contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and make arrangements for a replacement or refund.

Damage During Transit:

We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the contents of your shipment upon delivery. If any items are found to be damaged or broken during transit, please report the issue to us within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed delivery date. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or provide options for claims made after this time period.

If you notice any damage to the packaging, we recommend taking photographs or videos as evidence to support your claim of damage or breakage during transit. Should the package show signs of damage during transit, please document this evidence before opening it.

We take damage during transit seriously and will work closely with you to promptly resolve any issues. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
