Eligibility for Refunds: To qualify for a refund, kindly ensure that you meet the following conditions:

- The product must remain in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- Please provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team at support@techpowerup.com.au. When contacting us, remember to include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request. Additionally, we kindly request images of the product to verify that it remains unopened.
Once we receive your refund request, we will promptly review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. In the event of an approved refund, we will process the reimbursement to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the refunded amount will be reduced by the original shipping charges.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. For your peace of mind, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products: Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a refund or replacement, based on your preference.
