Supporting Multi-Stream Transport (MST) technology, it splits a single video stream into two separate signals for dual display configurations. With DisplayPort 1.4 systems featuring DSC (Display Stream Compression), the hub supports two 5K displays at 60Hz. Without DSC, it supports two 4K displays at 60Hz. Systems running DP 1.2 can achieve dual 4K output at 30Hz. The included USB Micro-B cable powers the hub, and the integrated 12-inch cable allows flexible installation without additional strain on the port. No drivers are required—just plug and play.
